Since starting her career as a business strategist in New York City in 2011, Carina has traveled the world working with the most innovative and disruptive brands. She has led billion dollar M&A and transformation projects for FT500s, helped launch technology and service based Unicorns, and completed multiple fund raises across the startup life cycle for her own startups and that of her clients.
Jeremiah
Jeremiah has been at the forefront of software and web development since 2009. As one of the early adopters of remote work, he successfully collaborated with clients and agencies worldwide, helping digital agencies build strong client relationships through consistent, high-quality development and support. Known for his commitment and attention to detail, Jeremiah treats every project—big or small—as an opportunity to deliver exceptional results.
Jessica
Since 2012, Jessica has elevated the digital presence of entrepreneurs and creatives, using strategic social media, PPC and SEO campaigns. Some of her favorite projects include helping transform Zachary Pulman Design Studio into the go-to name in competitive socialising design and launching the #SaveTheGeorgeTavern campaign, which gained support from icons like Kate Moss and Sir Ian McKellen, with coverage in Dazed & Confused, ID, and GQ.
Jordan
Jordan is an LA-based creative director with over 20 years of experience in television, film, animation, and video games. His work has been featured on major American networks, including NBCUniversal, G4, and PBS. Jordan has brought his Hollywood-honed skills to the startup world, where he now helps entrepreneurs bring their visions to life through video.

With over a decade of experience in administration, project management, and web design, Shiela knows how to keep projects on track and bring ideas to life. She’s managed cross-functional teams, streamlined workflows, and designed websites that are both user-friendly and impactful. Shiela is all about efficiency and clear communication, ensuring that every project runs smoothly and meets the highest standards.
